About 3D Printing

3D printing allows us to create a wide variety of unique items, functional parts, and decorative products.​

Unlike traditional subtractive manufacturing methods  such as CNC machining, 3D printing is an additive process. It creates objects by depositing material layer by layer. This allows us to design complex channels, shapes, and other features that may be difficult or impossible to produce using conventional manufacturing techniques. 

​

3D printing also supports rapid prototyping. It allows us to quickly transform an idea or concept into a physical product, making it easier to test designs, make improvements, and bring new products to market efficiently. 

 

Most of the items we sell are designed in house by our designer, Lucas. This allows us to develop original products, customize existing items, personalize designs, and create solutions tailored to our customers specific needs. 

About Laser Engraving

Laser engraving expands our ability to create unique customized products. Using a laser, we can etch and engrave designs, text, and logos onto a variety of materials.

One of our most popular products is personalized drinkware, including tumblers such as YETI, Owala, and Stanley products. Unlike paint, screen painting, or decals, which may chip, fade, discolor, or peel over time, laser engraving permanently marks the surface of the material creating a durable and long lasting design.

We can engrave a variety of materials including:

  • Wood 

  • Stainless steel 

  • Cardboard

  • Glass

  • Slate and stone

  • Certain types of plastic​

  • Denim

Custom designes

when requesting custom designs product, there are several important factors to consider: 

  • What level of strength will the item require?

    • 3D printed products can be very durable in certain applications, but their strength may vary depending on the design, material, and intended use. When you request a custom design, we will discuss your requirements and recommend an appropriate material and construction.

  •  ​Will the item be used outdoors?

    • This is an important consideration when selecting the type of plastic. If the item will be exposed to sunlight or changing weather conditions, we can choose a material that is better suited for outdoor use and less likely to fade or deteriorate over time. By discussing how and where the product will be used, we can create a design that best meets your needs.
