About 3D Printing
3D printing allows us to create a verity of different unique items, parts, & trinkets.
3D Printing is unlike any other type of manufacturing because it is additive. Unlike CNC machines which are subtractive, 3D printing creates things by adding material layer by layer, because of this you are able to design complex Chanels or other features that would be impossible for a CNC or any other type of subtractive manufacturing.
3D printing is also fast, at lease fast compared to other manufacturing. Because 3D printing is fast it allows for quick prototyping meaning the process of going from concept to final product is much faster.
Most of the items that we sell are designed by our in house designer (Lucas) allowing us to create new items, customize items to personalize them, or even create new ties specific for your needs.
About Laser Engraving
Laser engraving expands our capability to create new unique and custom things. A laser allows us to etch & engrave on many different materials. Our most common is Tumblers like Yeti's. When you engrave a tumbler or any other material the design is permanently applied to that material, this differs from other techniques like paint, Silk screen, or decals that can chip, fade, discolour, or simply fall off.

Custom designes
when requesting custom designs there are a few things to keep in mind:

How strong do you need it to be?

3D printed items can be very strong in some use cases but not so strong in other cases - if/when you request a custom design we will talk about the strength and what your needs are

Will the item be outside?

This is important when choosing the type of plastic to use. if it will be outside we don't want it to fade in the sun.
